Wai Kwan Manor is a warm and welcoming seniors’ residence dedicated to supporting independent living in a safe, secure and respectful environment for their retirement living. Located in the heart of Calgary, Wai Kwan Manor offers affordable housing for seniors aged 65 and older, with a focus on cultural inclusivity and dignity in retirement.

We proudly serve seniors who are functionally independent—those who are able to manage their daily personal needs with or without basic community support services. While we do not offer personal care or medical assistance, we provide a secure, comfortable environment where independent seniors can enjoy their retirement. 

Our facility features private one-bedroom suites, inviting common areas, and convenient access to local amenities including public transit, grocery stores, and healthcare providers. On-site management and smoke-free facilities ensure a safe and respectful living experience.
